MY BODYBUILDING EXERCICES

Those are the exercises I do during my bodybuilding routine.

Dumbbell curls - this exercise allows to work biceps :


Rowing dumbbell - this exercise allows to work mainly the back :


Dips - this exercise allows to work triceps and chest :


Shoulder raises - this exercise allows to work shoulders :


Pull ups - this exercise allows to work the back :


Chin ups - this exercise allows to work the back and biceps :


Pushups - this exercise allows to work chest and triceps :


Weighted crunches - this exercise allows to work abs :


Handstand pushups - this exercise allows to work shoulders :


Military press dumbbell - this exercise allows to work shoulders :

hey I have a question:

what is your opinion about running in "jejum"?

yes that many ! :P
Actually those are the whole exercises I do in a week, as I said I only do one of them per day :D But some are similar then I do them in the same day, the military press and the handstand pushups are in fact the same movement then I do both the same day. The difference is only the intensity, during the handstand pushups I have to press my 80 kg ;) 40 kg per arm !
The pullups and chinups are done the same day as well. Even if the curl and the rowing are different I do both the same day because the rowing works also the biceps.

In fact I do have an opinion about running in "jejum" ! I'm gonna create a post about that then. Why english language doesn't have a single word to express the "jejum" notion ??? why ?
